Altar Guild

Our Mission	The mission of the Altar Guild is to serve God by preparing and tending our places of worship, having a special role as the priest's liturgical partner in makind the worship life of the parish run smoothly, which is a ministry of love undertaken in the name of Christ.

Responsibilities	Prepare the altar and sanctuary for all services; care for and clean the vestments, elements, vessels, candles, and linens; tend and clean the sanctuary, chapel alcoves and sacristy; maintain the supply of elements and other liturgical items; aid the rector in any special worship preparations; and foster better understanding of our liturgical heritage.

The entire guild participates in Maundy Thursday Eucharist and Altar Stripping if possible.
