Holy Eucharist instruction is intended to help children who may already participating
in the sacrament to gain a better understanding of the meaning of the Eucharist
and the other rituals related to corporate worship.
Emphasis is placed upon the experience of the Eucharist as a meal and sacrifice
of praise and thanksgiving. There is also emphasis on the importance of preparation
for the Eucharist, the use of silence in individual prayers, and the importance
of repentance and forgiveness. |
