Holy baptism instruction is intended to teach the fundamentals of the Christian faith and to determine the readiness of the candidate to affirm faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

Holy Baptism instruction is open to all ages.

The amount of instruction will vary depending upon the candidate. In the case of infants and young children, it is required that at least one parent or sponsor be a committed Christian, active in a congregation. In the case of child baptism, parents will attend 2-3 baptismal instruction classes.
